FAQ

What happens if it rains?

If it rains on the day of your scheduled session or lesson, our staff will call you at the number you provided with your registration form to inform you of the weather closure. We will email you a code to re-schedule your lesson at your soonest convenience. You will be credited exactly the amount of the sessions/lessons that were canceled.

If you do not hear from us before your scheduled session or lesson, assume that the weather is good enough to operate the cable park facility.

If you are uncertain about weather for your scheduled appointment you can reschedule your appointment at your own convenience with the confirmation email up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

Beyond 12 hours the system will lock your spot in and we are unable to cancel or refund unless closed for weather.

Do I need prior experience in watersports?  Do I need to know how to swim?

There is no prior experience needed or ability to swim, but you must be “water safe”  This means you are comfortable getting into deep water while wearing a life jacket.  One way to know for the younger beginner, can they run off the end of a dock, land in the water that does not allow them to touch the bottom, float alone, and not panic?

Do I need a reservation?

Booking online is the only way to access the facility

Do I need a Waterski and Wakeboard Saskatchewan Membership?

If you are going to come to the park more often than once, then it is highly recommended that you purchase an individual or family membership, as it provides benefits that extend beyond the use of the Park.

What do I need to bring?

You can print out the Waiver form before you arrive if possible, it will save time.  If not, you will need to sign upon arrival.  Participants are required to wear a helmet and a life jacket, you may bring your own or we will supply one.  Swimsuit and sunscreen are also essential.

Do you have rentals?

Yes, we have everything you need to participate.

May I bring my own equipment?

Yes, however our staff reserves the right to ensure all equipment is water safe.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes, each time you use the Cable Park, a waiver must be signed. Parents/guardians must sign for participants under the age of 18.
